Frozen Fabric Vase

Frozen Fabric Vase

Frozen Fabric Vase explores the transformation of soft fabric into a rigid, organic form through the application of industrial coating. Different fabrics are dismantled, recombined, and shaped by hand, preserving their unique textures and traces of movement within the hardened surface. Rising dynamically upward, the form resists gravity like a living organism, echoing the growth of a flower breaking through the earth. Through the tension between softness and solidity, control and chance, the work transforms familiar material into a new sculptural expression.
