About.

Welcome to an apartment. Vous êtes Dedans.

Dedans is an immersive, intimate space where the creations of around fifteen designers and artists come together to tell the story of everyday life.

The project was initiated by three designers and an architect based in Paris. Together, they develop scenographic projects and installations that showcase furniture, lighting, objects, and art within distinctive architectural settings.

For one week during the September 2026 edition of Paris Design Week, Dedans presents a scenography unfolding across three rooms: a living room, a dining room, and a bedroom. Each space subtly transforms from day to day.

The curators’ ambition is to fulfill a promise often left incomplete by design exhibitions: to give visitors the status of guests, offering them a truly immersive and holistic experience.

The exhibition brings together the work of carefully selected designers, inviting visitors to participate, engage, and become part of the narrative. Through a scenography enriched with small-scale details, the experience deepens immersion, much like stepping into a living film set.

THE TEAM —

PABLO SINAN AKGÜL

Pablo Sinan Akgül is a furniture and product designer whose work is shaped by a life lived between cultures. Raised between Istanbul and Madrid, Pablo approaches design through observation and curiosity. Allowing material, form, and function to emerge organically rather than conform to expectation.

OLIVIER REQUIER

Belgian designer and artist Olivier Requier creates expressive universes through image and objects. He draws on his experience in luxury design to craft pieces with precision, where functional concepts are always accompanied by a touch of artistic eccentricity. Often collaborating with other creatives to build immersive spatial experiences.

MINKYU PARK

Minkyu Park is a designer and an architect based between Paris and Seoul. His work explores the hidden potential of everyday objects and overlooked spatial residues between the irregular, the marginal. With a sensibility rooted in observation, he constructs adaptable forms that engage with context, memory, and use. Through installations, modular structures, and object- making, they seek to redefine how we inhabit space, offering subtle disruptions to the ordinary.

THIBAULT BAES

Thibault Baes is a Belgian designer based in Paris. His roots run deep in the Walloon countryside, where people speak from the heart and work with their hands. In Brussels, he learned to design functional objects. Objects that make sense. In Paris, he learned to tell stories. Through image and experience. His practice moves between object, space and food, grounded in materiality, dialogue and a taste for boldness.
